The rooms are well decorated, the bed is lovely. The property's location is quiet, not far from the garden with the games provided as well as St Ives and surrounding areas. Also, it's 5 minutes by car from Carbis Bay Beach.

Overall it was a pleasant stay for three nights. All the staff were attentive and decent. The breakfast was satisfactory, a lot of food.

Everything is good here, had a fantastic stay for three nights. This hotel offers satisfactory breakfasts. The staff are lovely and the location is marvellous and lovely in the middle of the city. And it's nestled in a lovely building near the bar/restaurant and the pub downstairs.
